Dear Sir,
I beg leave to trouble you once more in behalf in behalf of a young man who was a very good Soldier in my own Company I have endorsed his power of attorney, and request you will send his Certificate by the very first post as he is waiting also the discharge which I send on as a circumstance that there is no depreciation
