Dear Sir,
In the return of Super [undecipherable] Officers transmitted you, I find on examination that I have omited Capt. Willia Coxe late of the 10th Regiment--This Officer has recived the nominal pay with those of the regiment--Cap. Coxe has settled his accounts with the United States as appears on record in this Office--I will thank you for a Copy of Cap. Wm Ferguson a/c of depreciation as settled by you, he has an account still open with the United States which cannot be closed without your assistance
