The said Peter Schuyer together with Peter Rightman as an interpretor is directed to attend at Fort Stanwix during the time the commissioners of the United States shall hold their treaty with the Indians - to observe the conduct of the commissioners of the United States, and to oppose and frustrate any of the proceedings which might eventually effect the interest of the state of New York
