Dear Sir
I have sent by Mr. Dunscomb of N. York who goes by the stage four hundred & fifty Certificates, signed by me as Commissioner, Number'd from 88,901 to 89,350 inclusive and dated Pennsylvania January the third 1785, the Margins of which with the Check Letter I now inclose you, that in case of any accident in the Conveyance, you may be able to discribe, and prevent any advantages taken of them
