Per.
I am informed that I am untitled to one years pay in Consequence of a late Resolution of Congress granted for the benefit of Prisoners. I was taken Y e.. 10th of December 1777 Exchanged Y e 3d of October 1781 and presumes if a mowed to any to claim an equal right: I commanded as Col. The 3d Battallion of this State. Should fir my claim be justly founded please to send the pay by Capt. David Bush mall who has power to act in my be half. Jam for yours & e
