Sir,
I have the honor to inclose [sic] to your Excellency & the honorable Council a weekly return of the troops under my command, & at the same time to inform that last Wednesday, the Artllery & captain Finney's company marched from their encampment for Fort Pitt.
In the course of next week the remainder of the troops will march. I have the honor to be,
with the highest esteem & respect, your Excellency's & The Honorable Council's
most obdt. Servt.,
