Sir
I have empowered a Gentleman in Georgia to transmit close this account of that line, I could his instructions and the accounts papers necessary for this establishment by a Packett last month, and I expect soon that a stating of the [undecipherable] will be sent soon transmitted to this place for my certificates to be [undecipherable].
