I have this day examined 1000 stand of repaired Arms under the late Contract and find them done in a workmenlike manner. The sum of 100 [pounds] specie is now due, which agreeable to your direction I take the liberty to apply for--I have taken a store well calculated for their deposit @ 75[pounds]per annum.
