I Must request - in Accordance [Or Account] of your
request [undecipherable] inform Captain Drawn the
Gentleman who hand you [undecipherable]wer at the same
time give me [undecipherable] to [undecipherable] room to
[undecipherable] acquaintance) [undecipherable] William [undecipherable]
or that appointed by the Pensylvania
Derang'd officers to receive their Commutation
[undecipherable] as I have Given Capt D[undecipherable]
for the monies at the same time
informe him wheare he may find Pike
to get my Pay in the Year Eighty Two let

land from the State as I would allow [undecipherable]
