Sir
Inclosed you have an Account of Articles delivered by me to Sundry Officers & their amount, which by direction of the Honorable Superintendant of Finance & express Stipulation of the receivers are to be deducted from their pay at the final liquedation of their Accounts-- they are inclosed to you for that purpose--you will make the necessary dispositions to ensure the whole deductions__________-
