Enclosed I transmit to you a letter from the Secretary of War accompanied with an order on Mr. Jno Harris keeper of Military Stores for an hundred weight of ball, four quarter-casks of Powder and a proof-stamp. —
These articles I will thank you to receive and cause to be forwarded to Mr. Thomas Annely at Harpers Ferry, to be used by him in proving the barrels of musquets fabricating in the State of Maryland for the United States. —
