Greeneville 18^th May 1795. [undecipherable] not having made Receipts thereon it is my Opinion it would be best for me to [undecipherable] my [undecipherable] and [undecipherable] me to the War Office to Monthly Settlement [undecipherable] have [undecipherable] made this [undecipherable] Account Complete to that Period [undecipherable] has lately Occupied my [undecipherable] Service has [undecipherable] Illustrated my [undecipherable] these Accounts has Prevented my [undecipherable] them [undecipherable] these Accounts of this time I lost [undecipherable] O'Neal my [undecipherable] to [undecipherable] been [undecipherable] to [undecipherable] I can often [undecipherable] to as the [undecipherable] Concern Officers of [undecipherable] commanded by the [undecipherable] Gentlemen: I also forward the Estimates of [undecipherable] the Artillery [undecipherable] the Command of [undecipherable] M[undecipherable] Button [undecipherable] the 21^st March Occasion to go to [undecipherable] this [undecipherable] Valley keeps I have not time to examine the Estimates [undecipherable] the past, but believe it to be correct, [undecipherable] [undecipherable] Knox [undecipherable]
