In reply to your favor of this morning we have the honor to transmitt to you the inclosed certificate, which being upon the same terms that the one you mention, will, no doubt be agreable to your wishes.
We feel extreamely happy in assureing you that our private mali-tion will always lead us to render you and your friends any services consistant with our public duty,private gacity; and [undecipherable]
request in question attended with bad circumstances we have very willingly complied with.
