Dear Sir
The object of this present is to convey the extract of a Letter from Kentucky which you will find on the other Side. I gave this Letter to its late H— from the frequent passing of people from these fountains of Salubrity. I hope it will soon arrive at some place where there is a post office
I am on my way home & hope to see you in the early part of October.
