After writing by Mr Williams, being at Newburgh the Bearer Mr Joshua Arden made application to purchase the Unservicable Iron Ordnance at West Point, for which he has offered Six pounds per Ton delivered at the Landing but, he will take them not take them on the Spot–
You will see by Mr Williams Letter the places where the Guns are
