Mr. Daniel Haragan Washington 8 Nov. 1880 [undecipherable] City of Washington Nov. 8th 1800 Sir Your letter of the 5th instant is before me and in answer thereto you are informed for your government - That there will be stationed at Norfolk two companies complete - At York Town in Virginia there will be a recruiting party as also another at Pambrico At Winchester there will be a recruiting [undecipherable], with sundry subordinate stations to be [undecipherable] to the commanding officer, and their provisions may be taken of which you will be reasonably and sufficiently informed With consideration &c [undecipherable] Harrison
