I conceive it proper that you shou[ld] be informed, that of the Bills drawn by Caleb Swan Paym[aste]r [Gen.] one for 1000 Dollars becomes due tomorrow, and one for 3000 Dollars on the 10th Inst and two of Three thousand Doll[ars] each on the 12 Instt that provision may be made by placing money in the Treasury in due time.
