Commiss. of Ac. Accounts. it appears by the evidence herewith that he was deranged the 1^st of April 1782 but as he continued to act in the Qu. Mast. Gen. department it may be presumed he received the Pay for Jany. Feby & March of Colo. Long who I have heard acted as Qua. Mast.
