IN pursuance of the authority of your letter of the 11th day of August 1797 I have drawn a duplicate sett of bills of Exchange on you, No. 167 dated at D'Etroit the 2nd day of October 1797 at ten days sight, in favour of James Frazer or order for the sum of One thousand dollars, on account of the Pay of the army up to 30 September 1797.
