Since your favor of the 9th [undecipherable] on my arrival from Baltimore a few days since & would have done most of the pleasure to have complied with your requisition had it been in my power ere this — I hope to be in the City in a few days at which time shall take the necessary papers for your facilitation of the Acct. &c will inclose them by first safe hand—
