David Henley Recd 30 June arrd same day I have now forwarded the account of the Goods, as the Yearly Stipends for 1795 & 1796, which I delivered to the Cherokee Chiefs agreeably to Silas Dinsmoor: order the agent for the Cherokee nations, and wish you to inform me if I have done right in transmitting them to your Office. I have also inclosed a Copy of my waste book beginning from the 1 January to the 30 April 1797, and shall every month send on to your Office a copy of all charges as they stand on my books, till my accounts are finally adjusted, that it may be seen how the money is expended. – I have not time to write the Secretary of War this post, but you will please to inform him all is quiet.
