Pay abstract of Scouts for Mason County Established by orders of the President of the United States and of Whr Six only was in Service at a time, Also thr names ages and places of abode enlisted at different Times between the 7th of June and 4th Sept. 1790.
I hereby Certify that the above is a true statement of Scouts Established by order of the President of the United States for the use of Mason County to the best of my knowledge.
Witness my hand and Seal Henry Lee, L. M. C. I Aurther Fox Justice of the Peace for the County (over) J. Brown, Copyist. (572b) [Over.] [Stamped] Mar. 8 1915. 43200252 of Mason do hereby Certify that Henry Lee Lieut of sd County made oath before me to the truth of the above certificate to the best of his knowledge. Arthur Fox This may Certify that I have examined this account there appears due on the same the Sum of Ninety pounds 151 Virginia Currency the service it is said was performed between the 7 June & the 4 Septemr 1790. The particular period of service is not mentioned I therefore presume the County Lieutenant has charged the actual days of service.
