^the 3^d. I positively recollect the claim for extra pay as A D Camp was made to M^r Pierce, the it is not on record of Claims presented prior to the 1^st August 1786. ^the 4^th. The claim was not decided on By M^r Pierce so far as my recollection serves me, but in a conversation with him on the subject M^r Pierce did not conceive himself (at that time) authorized to admit the claim. ^the 5^th.
