He has been paid, clothed, and subsisted, conformably to law, as appears by his receipt indorsed. To prevent imposition, the following description of the said Samuel Burchard is annexed. He is twenty three years of age; Five feet nine inches high; has a dark complexion; brown hair; blue eyes; was born in the. New Castle County in the State of Delaware and is, by occupation, a Farmer.
