Simeon North, Contractor at Berlin Conn. for the manufacturing of Pistols has received credit on the Books of this Office for your Lumber & nails &c &c delivered [to?] him. Williams Day makes & Store Keeper at Springfield Massachusetts [and?] for him Pistols delivered [to?] Dennis Stockton at Philadelphia. you will therefore [please?] to make the necessary entries on the Books of your Office.

Two receipts have been presented to this Office by Sam. W.
