Pay master to late Will.m Mc Farlane's Reg.t Franklin
County Militia who has empowered you to receive the
amount due him for retained rations while on the Western
expeditions, has ever rendered any account to this Office, — it
will therefore be necessary for him to state an account of
the number of Rations due to him and attest to the [same]
when the amount will be paid to you & the balance
due the other few Officers will be paid to you
