Your letter of the 30 ulto. has been [undecipherable] together with your accounts for supplies to the troops in the State of Connecticut to 31 December 1800 amounting — I am Statement to — Debit $42.26
I am [undecipherable] allow for attendance at Fort Trumbull and am due [undecipherable] the sum of $1.76 together with the Public [undecipherable] allowed by you [undecipherable] specially to a decision of the auditing office which orders the Debts [undecipherable] amount at any time Since the Pay & emoluments of a Surgeon make — their vouchers have a balance on your favour of one hundred & twenty dollars which you will receive from Col.
