The Secretary of War February 3^d 1801 Sir The actual amount of [undecipherable] [undecipherable] is relative of certain of his services [undecipherable] by the United States in the State of Georgia were forwarded for settlement by an Agent Cha^s [undecipherable] of [undecipherable].
