I Certify that there is due to Theodore Sedgwick Capt in the 2nd Regt of Infantry to the sum of ninety three dollars being the amount for superintending and delivering to certain nations of Indians their annuities for the Year 1799 by order of Leut. Col David Stron including an allowance made for The Secretary of War while employed on said Service, which sum is to be paid to Theodore Sedgwick by order.
