Document 1800Amidst a discussion of other matters, Cushing notes that Major Buell has reported that Lieutenant Richmond has not returned to his post and the officers and men for whom he has received money have not been paid. It is hoped that Richmond has returned at this time, but if he has not, he should be found and ordered to join Kingsbury as soon as possible.
