Nov. 24, 1894, R.P.O. 401310.] Inspectors Office City of Washington Decr 10th 1800 Sir I have the honor to enclose a copy of the General order of the thirteenth ultimo for your information - This order was submitted to the Secretary of War & received his sanction previous to its publication.
The General left this City for PIttsburgh on the fifth instant and I expect he will remain there through the winter.
