I Certify that there is due to James Robinson late contractor for the State of Maryland the sum of nineteen hundred & fifty four dollars & 73/100 being a balance for Rations Quarter master & Hospital supplies & expenditures for the use of the troops of the United States in the State of Maryland, commencing with his Contract on the 31 Decr. 1799 which sum is to be transmitted to John Kelly, however to be by him Paid as aforesaid.
