As early as possible I request you will be pleased to procure and deposit in Forts Wolcott and Adams, at New port Rhode Island, the following supplies Viz:
· Four pounds of cotton Wick.
· Five gallons of spirits of Wine.
· Six gallons of white wine Vinegar.
· Twenty dressed Sheep Skins.
· Two thousand Sponge Tacks
· Two hundred copper Nails.
· Twelve budge Barrels with copper Hoops.
· Three sets of copper powder Measures from six pounds to half an ounce.
· One pair of copper Scales with weights from four pounds to half an ounce.
