Be pleased to deliver to the order of the Quarter Master General for transportation to Forts Wolcott and Adams at Newport Rhode Island, addressed to the commanding Officer, the following supplies, agreeably to directions from the Secretary of War, filed in this Office Viz:—
Six powder Horns with Belts
One hundred Needles.
Twelve pounds of Twine.
Twelve pounds of Thread.
Fifty pounds of Salt Petre.
Six pounds of Antimony.
Sixty pounds of sheet Lead, and
One pair of Steelyards.
