If he has done wrong however he is answerable. But Mr. Webb is equitably entitled to recompence for Services rendered. If the facts are understood respecting Lieutenant Lee speaking strictly he was disbanded by the Act of 4^th of May last, but for similar reasons he is equitably entitled to pay and emoluments according to his former Rank.
