Be pleased to deliver One hundred Musket Barrels, to Robert McCormick on order, at the usual price, and make the deduction in his account, (as requested by the Purveyor) when you give a receipt for the Muskets received of which they are a part.
This completes the number, that the Secretary of the Treasury, authorized him to draw, by his letter dated 18th Septr last.
