The situation of your accounts I need not remind you of, you have been too frequently called upon still to continue uninformed of the consequences of a non compliance. I therefore take this opportunity of once more calling to your mind the frequent applications which have been made to you for a settlement; & should this request (as all former ones have) fail of its effect, I shall report your case to the Comptroller of the Treasury & Secretary of War without delay.
