Vizt For the use of Fort Mifflin, three pairs of Drum Heads. For the use of a company belonging to the first Regiment of Artillerists and Engineers, four Sergeants Coats, four sergeants Vests, eight sergeants linen Overalls, eight sergeants woolen Overalls, sixteen sergeants Shirts, two Musicians Coats, seventy three Hats, seventy three Cockades & Eagles, sixty seven privates Coats, sixty nine privates Vests, one hundred and thirty eight privates Linen, and one hundred and thirty eight privates woolen Overalls, two hundred and seventy six privates Shirts, two hundred and ninety two pairs of Shoes, two hundred and ninety two pairs of Socks, seventy three Blankets, seventy three Stocks and Clasps, seventy three Knapsacks, and six watch Coats. You will be pleased also to deliver, One privates Coat, one Vest, one pair of woolen Overalls, one Shirt, and one pair of Shoes, for each of the Conviets (four in number) confined at Fort Mifflin; out of such clothing as you may have on hand not suitable for the Army. They must be covered while confined though no provision is made for such criminal & unhappy men.
