For freight of the following Military Stores per the Sloop Sally, myself Master, from Manchester in Virginia to Philadel- phia, delivered to Samuel Henley, Conductor of Military Stores, as per Receipt, viz:— 132 Boxes of Shot, 3936 Cannon Shot, 136 Barr Shot, 11,100 Weight of Old Iron, 125 Worms & Ladles; Agreement as Specified in the Bill of Lading, Dol. 586 [docket:] No 23 / Webb / [undecipherable] Manchester [undecipherable] / to Philadelphia / $[undecipherable] Shipped by Samuel Hendley on account and risque of the United States of America, in and upon the good Sloop called the Sally of Richmond, William Webb Master, now at anchor in the Port or Harbor of Richmond James River, and bound for Philadelphia, to say 137 boxes of Shot 3936 Cannon Shot of 136 Barr Shot 11,100 Weight of old Iron 125 Worms & Ladles marked as per Margin, and are to be delivered at the aforesaid Port of Philadelphia in the same order & condition in which they were received, (the danger of the Seas only excepted) unto Samuel Hodgdon Esquire paying freight for the same five hundred and eighty six dollars. In testimony whereof, the said William Webb hath subscribed to two Bills of Lading of this tenor and date one of which being accomplished, the other to stand void.
