As also an extract of an Estimate for the Year 1794 of services performed for the United States by the Militia of the South Western Territory (now the State of Tennessee) amounting to three thousand three hundred two dollars and twenty nine Cents. And likewise a Copy of a letter written the 18 October 1799 Relative to Elijah Robertson and Robert [undecipherable: probable reading "Gorys"] Claims, as I know these claims will be before Congress this Session, altho' I have forwarded my opinion before with the amount claim'd, yet I repeat it again least, those papers may have been misplaced from the frequent movements of the Office by the periodical contagion that visits the City, the seat of our Government.
