Sir, Yesterday I received your Letter of the 25th inst advising of your intention of forwarding on the Monday following Nine Hundred Dollars in Post Notes on account of the Armory— I am sorry to say they have not come to hand— as soon as received I will advise you of it—
The result of the enquiry or trial of the Superintendant & Store keeper is not known—in fact the whole of the Business of the Court is not yet completed— I will be a little more particular in a few days—
I am this way sending forward part of the Clothing for New York to the address of Col. Stevens agreeably to your direction— the small quantum of Clothing I had on hand previous to receiving that from Oxford, I have packed up & shall send all on together— I hope it meets your approbation—
