Tharp was advanced three hundred ninety eight dollars and /100 which Shall be Settled when he comes forward for the purpose. When he went through this Town I was at Tellus delivering the Cherokee annuities but have since Seen him at S.W. Point and informed the propriety of an early Settlement — that he at the Garrison again in a few days and will examine him therefore. Colonel Butler has been very ill and Lieut.
