You will be pleased to purchase and have deposited in the public Stores in this city, as early as possible, for the use of the Armoury at Harpers Ferry in Virginia the following articles Viz:
Two reams of strong smooth paper, such as is fit to make sand paper for Gunstockers.
Half a Ton of Crawley, or english & Bliston Steel.
Twelve round smooth Files, three inch.
Twelve half round ditto ditto Three Inches.
Twelve, very narrow flat ditto three inch.
Twelve three square smooth ditto three inch.
Twelve nicking smooth ditto, two inch.
Twelve very small round smooth Files.
Fifty pounds of thick & thin sheet Brass.
One hundred and forty four knife edge Files seven inch.
