Be pleased to deliver to John Wilkins Esquire, quarter master General, or order, the following accoutrements &c, for the use of the fourth Regiment of Infantry, agreeably to a requisition from General James Wilkinson, dated 12th Sept: last Viz: fifteen espontoon Blades, five Swords, belts, and Scabbards for Cadets, thirty three Swords, belts, and Scabbards for non commissioned Officers, three hundred and twenty bayonet Belts, three hundred and forty two bayonet Scabbards, three hundred and forty two cartouch Boxes with belts, three hundred and forty two gun Slings, three hundred and forty two Gun worms, three hundred and forty two brushes and wires, and three hundred and forty two screw Drivers, and three hundred and fifty eight [undecipherable: probable reading "Knapsacks"]. to be forwarded to Savannah in Georgia to the address of Colonel Henry Gaither, Commanding Officer, at Fort Wilkinson.
