I rec^d two Waggon loads of Merchandize, all in good order, consisting of the whole of the Creek Annuity for this year [the] Invoice that accompanied them also 28 2^d Casks [undecipherable: Powder?] & [undecipherable: pigs?] lead which com-pleated all the Merchandize shipped by you the 30^th Ap^l. last for this factory, and [strikethrough: [undecipherable]] one box [and?] one Case No [undecipherable]23. mentioned [strikethrough: [undecipherable]] in the Inclosed Invoice. As we have on hand a [strikethrough: [undecipherable]] quantity of [the] almost [undecipherable] Articles mentioned in said Invoice, I shall not ex-pose any of them for Sale, till I hear from you; will thank you to mention the advances you may think I ought to put on the [strikethrough: [undecipherable]] Invoice, I suppose the whole charges on it, told in Sterling 54 pence to the Dollar. - I shall also thank you Sir, if you will be pleased to inform me, if the three drafts I drew on you in favour of my Brother, one in Oct^br 1799, one in [undecipherable] [undecipherable] in April 1800 amounting in the [strikethrough: [undecipherable]] to one thousand Dollars, have been paid to him or his order, I have not rec^d one letter from that quarter since the 12^th Oct^br last 1799, which was before my first draft got to hand.
