I hereby certify that I carry on the Blacksmiths Business in the said City of Hartford, and at the request of Mr John Darby I examined a parcel of Virginia Coal that then lay on the wharfs of said City, and am of opinion that they were of a good Quality & Merchantable & fit for a Smiths use
