Enclosed you will receive
A. Return of Ordnance and Military Stores &c &c wanting at Detroit
B. Return of Arms and Accoutrements necessary to complete the four Regiments of Infantry.
C. Return of Cannon and Mortars necessary to the Defence of the Forts at Detroit, Niagara and Michilimackinac.
The Articles therein mentioned you will please to deliver to the Quarter Master General for Transportation.
The Remarks at the foot of the Return marked B. are by Genl Wilkinson, who also sent a Cartridge Box as a Model; I do not however suppose that it is necessary to forward it to you, nor indeed do I know how I should Send it. It has 29 Holes for cartridges, disposed in three
Rows & very strongly made. The Swords, Belts &c & you will please to select as near as may be to the General's wish.
