Sir, Be pleased to deliver Francis Brown or ordr, Sixty piecs of ravens Duck, Ten pices of brown linn, and thirty five pounds of thread suitable for cutting out one thousand pairs of Overalls, for the Army, and affordning materials for making them up Your most obedint Servant Samuel Hodgdon

As the articles when cut out & accompanied with the linen & thread as trimmings must form the credit, to balance the delivery. I have thought it best to draw in favour of the operator instead of the Purveyor as usual, in either case it passes to the General Account immediatley. JH
