It is as I Stated before that payment was made to the amount of the appropriations & that no further Sum could be paid by me, — The delay of Reply has not [strikethrough: been] included in either of the accounts, but it will be on a similar situation with the first — I did you the account to the 21 Dec^r 1798. — as there are no appropriations in addition to what you have recieved.
