I Certify that there is due to Elijah & Simon House of Hebron Contractors the Sum of Eight hundred Sixteen dollars & 56/100 being a balance due them for Rations Quarter Master & Hospital Stores expenditures for the use of the 2d Regt of Ct & E. & for the 2d & 13th Regt of Infantry between 1 April & 30 June 1800, including their charges which were Suspended on a Settlement of the 12 May last; being for Rations, Barrack hire, & Whiskey furnished the 13 Regt between 4 Decr 99 & 30 March 1800; which Sum is to be transmitted to Jedh Huntington Esqr New London to be paid to the said E & S House.
